At Pacific North West Physicians, we understand that one of the main obstacles you face to finding the talent you need is time. Most recruiters have anywhere from 20-200 open positions on their desk, and are up against the demands of interviews, giving tours, and working with hiring managers.

We are not here to out-shine or out perform your current recruiting process.  Because PNW Physicians has the time to network with providers and get referrals, we can offer CVs and resumes of candidates for searches when you are not given the time you  need to source or network.
